When New Year’s rolled around I wrote down my usual New Year’s Resolutions, but what I didn’t expect was when I wrote “sell a few signs”, I’d be doing THIS! Since June, it’s been a little crazy! I’m not at all saying, “woo hoo – quit my day job”, haha! No, not at all. I’m merely saying I’ve been fortunate enough this year to actually sell signs and be busy enough to say “Let me get back to you next month”. I can’t complain though because I love everything about it. The people I’m meeting, the empowering women I get to brainstorm with, the smiles I receive when I make someone a sign, all of it, I love it all!
Earlier this year an old co worker reached out to me through Facebook and asked if I wanted to partner with her and attend a flea market in September. I could sell my signs and she’d sell her mosaic tables. I figured what the heck, right? I had six months to make a few signs. Well here we are in September and I have no time to do what I need to do. Panic has begun to set in but I’m crossing my fingers that I make my goal of 100 signs. God help me!
The flea market is located in Denton TX called North Texas Trade Days (2217 N. Carroll Blvd & Hwy 360, Denton TX 76201). My friend Kim and I will have a booth out there for two days, Sept. 30 – Oct. 1. If you’re in the area, we’d love the support. Not to mention you’d have a blast looking through all their amazing vendors.
But wait…there’s MORE! The following weekend I will be attending our SECOND Trunk show in Mesquite Tx. We have doubled in size and our list just keeps getting bigger. If you’re in the Mesquite area on Oct. 7, head on over to 4512 Meadow View Dr., Mesquite TX 75150 , between 9AM – 3PM. Did I mention we will have a giveaway? Yep! You can follow along any of the vendors social media pages for details.

We have dates slated in November and December for future trunk shows, not to mention big ideas for next year!!! We welcome all artisans and do what we can to promote YOU, not the other way around!
So again, if you’re around Denton or Mesquite in the up coming weeks, come say Hi and I may even give you a discount! All I know is I’m excited and I want you to be too!
